I'm BACK!!! From White to Black

After having my precious baby boy I am so ready to start refinishing furniture again. My little Rylan is 7 weeks old now and I am FULLY taking advantage of his 3 hour nap in the afternoon.

My first piece refinished after his birth is this beautiful twin bed. You can find another one I did just like it in one of my older posts. This time I decided to refinish it in a Satin Black and it turned out beautifully. Once again the pictures do not do this piece justice. It has so many little ornate details and is just a solid beautiful piece made in the USA by Stanley/Young America furniture. This was a transformation from White to Black... and I am so glad I went with black! I love the one before picture with the child's drawing on the sideboard :)
